I'm not sure if you can or cannot once you hit submit.
My advice is to proofread twice. And I've been ridiculed for saying this, but read it aloud.

Click the "Report" link at the bottom of your published review. When the dialog box opens, type in your message to the mods. I did it with one of my reviews to move certain overly graphic comments from the publicly viewable area to Private Details.
