I noticed a couple of spas i recently visited where cameras are very visible at the counter and also in hallways. Is this dangerous?

I read some reports that spas are keeping these recordings for upto even an year. Any experiences that anybody has had with this? This is quite concerning.

They have cameras in most shops for security reasons, since they stay open late at night. Also, it allows owners to keep an eye on the employees when they’re not there. Don’t worry, they won’t put cams in the rooms. They don’t want “hard evidence” against them on record.

Most of the hard drives in the DVR’s record up to 30 days, then re-writes over and over. These are typical of the ones I’ve installed for some shop owners
