Black and White

Does anyone know of any shops with Black and White or either one in the area?

Far and few in between in my experience. Never saw a black provider in DE. You can find this in Philly but beware DE and Philly are different worlds in my opinion. Looking to see if anyone else on here chimes in because I would be interested in this too.

I would change "area" to "the entire tri-state area". I suspect the answers will be the same. (I am assuming you are not including Russians in the "White" catagory. If you are, there are a few options in South Jersey but often total ripoffs.)

There is a Dominique in philly think its saigons. Double check philly threads under reviews in her name. I believe they have another black provider cant remeber name.
