A good attorney can cause doubt even in the midst of video, especially when sound wasn’t recorded. A video can show Kraft handing money to provider, she performs HJ as part of the massage session, it appears case closed on video, here comes the experienced attorney and puts a different spin on what appears to be solicitation, he tells the jury Kraft paid for the massage, he didn’t pay for sensual extra, he is a grown ass man and just went it, he and the provider are friends, he doesn’t have to prove innocence, DA has to prove guilt. Kraft has done us all a huge favor, he’s the ultimate TOFTT, if questioned Kraft will openly admit “yes, I paid for a massage and included usual tip for relaxing me, she helped herself to my manhood and relieved me, to my surprise, all in the name of therapy”. Thank you Robert Kraft, from one monger to another.

Has read anything about the initial investigation. I think I read somewhere that a couple of the cops got completely while getting massages in the course of the investigation. One even had his Johnson touched. Does anyone know anything about this?

Get ready for the lawsuits from the guys that received just a massage and were videotaped. Also, I believe FL law states that the video must be available for public viewing after the trial.. Gonna make all LEO nervous on MP investigations in the future. Thx Bob Kraft..

No sound was recorded
If that's the case, the video evidence would be useless since it can't corroborate what was said.

Gotta love burden of proof to the prosecution. Unfortunately, if Kraft wins this case, it'll just make them rewrite the laws a little clearer. Especially against the whole "what happens between two consenting adults" argument.

If no charges were filed against them, and if the surveillance was properly sanctioned, they would have a hard time winning. Their portion of the tape would not have been entered into evidence. And this may also preclude portions of the video with the LEO's in "full" engagement. Unless someone gets a hold of the entire tape. As long as they avoid legal issue with invasion of privacy for those that wasn't charged.

Kraft, unlike most others didn’t falter even after being seemingly caught red handed, he lawyered up and hasn’t backed down since news first reported, most others would have just accepted the misdemeanor charge in hopes it would all be put behind them and move on, out of sight out of mind.

That not a fair statement. Robert Kraft if a billionaire he can do what ever he wants. The Patriots are not a source of income for him that he needs to pay his mortgage, use to send his kids or grandkids to college, pay the cable bill or whatever. The Patriots are a hobby for him. What the cops did was outrageous but the average Joe is not going have the resources to fight it. Would you raid your 401K to fight a misdemeanor after the humiliating damage has already been done? The cops knew for a fact that there was no trafficking, or a more accurate phrase, there was no compulsory prostitution. So, they used something that they said would only be used for possible terrorism to bust the customers of low-level prostitution. A further outrage is knowing there was no compulsory prostitution but upgrading the charges of all the women involved, and the one man, to felonies and freezing their bank accounts so they cannot use this money for their defense. The final outrage is that the prosecution did say to the cops “what the fuck are you doing” and drop everything. Kraft has the money to fight it and the celebrity to keep it in the news and be sympathetic to him.

Totally agree and was my point, LE went after the big fish, which is proving to be backfiring.

Mike sorry if I came off offensive. I just bothers me that it takes a rich guy to expose the injustice of this and the little guy doesn’t stand a chance. It also bothers me that the media has never taken a position that sense no trafficking took place the police were wrong to obtain and use these warrants. The media has never called out these anti-human trafficking NGOs on their inflated data or the fact that the police use this as a means to justify simple prostitution arrest. So, you have my apologies if you were offended.

No need to apologize, I made my point based on the fact that we all know who Kraft is, wealthy, famous etc. He has the wherewithal to pose a solid defense and not simply roll over. We as mongers know what occurs in AMPs, yet I reckon most are pulling for Kraft to come out victorious. If LE crossed the line, then they too have to take responsibility. For Pete’s sake it’s a misdemeanor charge when before it was being paraded as Human Trafficking. I said early one when this case made headlines, LE should just have sent him a ticket and been done with it.
I appreciate the apology, I wasn’t offended.
