down hill is an understatement. i know of 2 that have been gone since april and with the way this city is shifting its doubtful that they are coming back. when the police union boss essentially said that the mta is on its own. not a good look.

I haven't seen them in a while. See if their names pop up in ads on AS or backpage. Lara/Tiffany have been in the states for at least a year now and quality is severely degraded from what I read. Kayla is still fresh, only a few months here in Brooklyn and Queens. The best shot to get younger girls(mainly euro white Hungarians) is in Astoria, Queens. I say wait a few months until covid dies down until the agency up there can stock up fresh models

Usually it's not the provider who discriminates, the neighbors are the ones who make the issue of it. In multi-cultural buildings it isn't a problem. In buildings where only Europeans live many neighbors are quick to assume a person of color = trouble. The provider wanting to remain in business stays away from that problem. Look into outcalls, you may fare better.
