Kim and Co. can be very difficult to work with (the booking side that is). Very delayed text response (if at all), blacklisting first literally no reason (long time clients as well), anger when asking for appointments at one time versus when they want you to go. I’ve had good experiences and bad with them. But the bad almost always was due exclusively to the admin end as opposed to the ladies I had the pleasure to meet.
