No that was not what I asked, the equivalence of your example would be if President Eisenhower would’ve been in favor of segregation and just intervened because he believed it’s violating federal law even if it’s against his beliefs, that’s what you’re implying here, Biden wants the border shut he just doesn’t agree that Tx is allowed to do it therefore he’s suing…. How in world should i not call you names for such an incredible stupid take
Well, the problem is I see Biden's actions as restoring Immigration laws to pre-Trump. In line with previous Dem policies. That does not equate to opening the borders. Prior to Abbott, no TX Gov has issued laws that contravenes the Constitution. So therefore, him being the first to be sued would be entirely about legality and the enforcement of the Constitution, without it being political.

But now i see you lack reading comprehension so it’s a waste of time to argue with you
I wouldn't say that. We're seeing the issue from two opposing views with no middle ground. No need to go back to name calling.

If you really believe this you should just stay out from any political issue you obviously have no clue how politics work

I'll agree I know more about the law than politics, but I think I can hold my own. Why don't you show me your political expertise, on how the three Biden policies you listed in post #57 would result in a large number of those migrants being in NYC in such a short time without Abbott's involvement?

They resulted in over a million new migrants and all shitlibs in NYC were cheering it so Abott decided to force the issue on the shitlibs so they start feeling the burden

that was easy

That still involves Abbott and busing.

And my political responses to your previous 3 points:
1️⃣ Halting construction of the border wall.
Study have shown Trump’s wall wasn’t working. So halting it could have been simply a cost saving measure.

2️⃣ Reinstating catch and release.
No place to hold them without the funds to build new detention centers. We know where that stands today.

3️⃣ Ending the Remain in Mexico agreement.
In part to address the Humanitraian complaints filed by Mexico, as well as other countries.

When I travel to a different state, I'm in my better behavior. I can't imagine going somewhere for safe haven, and then getting into a tiff with LE and taking cheap shots while they're down and their backs turned.

The migrant/asylum issue is more nuanced than some people want to appreciate. But those 8-9 jabronies ought to get in the first flight out of the US back to their respective countries. Let's not mix the two, regardless of what some opportunistic politicians and cable news guests may try to do.

Mayor Adams announced that all migrants are welcome here so Abbot said good you want them take them we don’t want them
Good answer. Real insightful political analysis there.
Bahahahaha… it was to appease his voter base
And we'll just agree to disagree. I guess all those potential sanctions were from countries where his voting base lives.

Isn’t it ironic that those who are here complaining about immigration policies probably patronize Asian whorehouses every week and Latina fast houses once a month? “Illegal Immigrants are ok- as long as they sucking my cock “

There’s always assholes and scumbags in every group

But I bet a lot of the same people complaining consider January 6 to be a “peaceful tourist stroll through the Capital “

You mean that’s the liberal media’s talking points
No. I mean it was when several Central and South American countries faced extreme economic crisis due to recovery costs, high inflation, and no potential short term growth. Compiled by an huge increase in crime in several Central American countries. Just base economics. Not Liberal. Not Conservative.

This is incorrect.
See here: https://www.ncsl.org/state-legislat...moval-of-texas-razor-wire-on-us-mexico-border

They ruled that DHS had the authority to remove the razor wire, not that Texas cannot put it up.
In fact, Texas authorities are still putting it up and DHS still goes around removing it.
That's the political merry-go-round happening. The decision has not explicitly told Texas to stop. But the policy to put up the wire is seen as an violation of the law, thus the order of removal by the agents. Backed by the Supreme Court saying they are legally allowed to do it, and it's illegal to stop them.

Again, putting up the wire was not illegal so the Biden administration had nothing to sue about, Feds tried removing them and Tx stopped them so they sued for being stopped. Got the difference?

You can't legally remove an obstruction, as determined by the Supreme Court, when it's was legally allowed to be put there. You can when it's existence can be deemed to be in violation of existing laws, and it's illegal to prevent it's removal, as also determined by the Supreme Court. If you can counter argue this, you should re-open this case and go in front of the Supreme Court.
