In the five boroughs there are many buildings that have both commercial and residential units. It’s very common in the Bronx and Manhattan.

if residential I could see why people are bitching about a ho house

Honestly, I'd be worried either way. Not about the providers or hobbiests. The ladies aren't doing anything wrong and neither are we.

But with all the violent amp robberies lately, I don't know if I'd be as ok with an Amp near my business as I would have been a few years ago.

It sucks and I know it isn't the providers or the hobbiests' fault but still I don't want to work or shop near a place that some scumbag with a gun sees as low hanging fruit.

yeah, it’s unfortunate, and the guy looked very upset. And I didn’t feel like dealing with him. So i just visit other spots instead. But damn that one was convenient
