What does this mean? I downloaded a tor browser to check out silk road 2 years ago. Unless you knew what url to type in the dark web (for me) wasn’t functional. I can’t imagine a day of reckoning isn’t on the horizon for these orgs. Operating on the dark web, in theory, makes sense. But I honestly don’t know much about it.
