The theory would hold water if there were no other sites like rubmaps out there or advertising on sites like cityxguide and bedpage and on and on. And when LE sets up a business, it's a legitamite business. Why would they set up a site designed to promote the thing they're supposed to be shutting down. They would be giving every defense attorney a big fat entrapment case. No mistake, this site is a goldmine of information that will be used against a lot of people but LE-run honeypot is far-fetched
Why would a homeowner put something in their backyard that actually attracts mosquitos and other flying bugs? To kill them. To attract, entrap and then eliminate them. The most efficient way to know which are the most popular spas being used as fronts for human trafficking sex operations is to either create or co-opt a forum where daily users of those spas rank and review them. It's too easy.

I guess that LE counts on the cognitive dissonance, naiveté and suspension of disbelief of us mongers when it comes to realizing that certain actions are ILLEGAL. It doesn't matter if you really want to do it. It doesn't matter if it should be legal. It doesn't matter if some other countries or states can do it legally. If it's not legal where you are, their job is to put you in silver bracelets. They CAN DO ANYTHING they want and if they get a judge to sign off on it, it's legal.

Look at the Kraft case. They staked out the place for months, installed cameras in the rooms and even went as far as recovering jizz-soaked napkins from the spa's garbage and taking it to their CSI department. You do yourself a GRAVE disservice by being the only party that doesn't take this activity as seriously as LE and providers take it.

It's a double edge sword. These parlors need sites like this to make ends meat. And mongers need sites like this to filter out the shit vs not shit parlors.

You see all these posts about "that should be kept in private messages" which is all bullshit. If LE is using this site (which I am sure they are) then don't you think they would just revert to asking mongers via private messages what was on the menu?

It's literally a catch 22. The only real secure way to run a site like this would be to only invite vetted mongers into a private site.

And even then, it only takes one monger to get busted and bring the whole network down, so it's just not worth the effort.

I kind of assumed that the rest of your guys were just like me: a morbidly obese man-child living out his fantasies from the safety of his parent's basement.
We have something in common VJ All my posts have been fantasies. I'm just here for the entertainment value.

I'm guessing a lot of the guys here are like me, just curious. I've never actually visited an AMP, I just posted a made up review of a place and a name I saw on here in order to be able to read the private sections of reviews, purely out of curiosity. Lying to a bunch of neckbeards on the internet is not a crime.

Looks like FL LE is advertising their services.

"Snyder said he hopes other law enforcement officials take note and replicate what he has started on the Treasure Coast.
“We found a way to do this,” he said. “If I had my way, we’d bring this methodology to a massage parlor near you.”

We're literally just telling on ourselves and the providers and spas in a forum that can be read with a simple Google search (and some guys here are honestly surprised that all of our favorite places keep getting raided).
All?

I know the raids in FL caused a lot of us to shit-out-pants. However, if we don't let the paranoia cloud our judgement, we may realize that:
1. It is a big country
2. There are thousands of AMPs (maybe even tens of thousands)
3. Law enforcement is not monolithic and their resources are not infinite. Different PDs have different priorities.

if I look at what is actually happening around me, I see very few places that do get shut down And those only seem to occur after numerous neighbor complaints over a series of years. Probably the biggest loss in the LV was the legendary Aries spa, which perfectly fit the profile I mentioned. In fact, there were lots of tell tale signs that one was in trouble.

That being said, in the current climate you'd be stupid not to be on your guard or assume its biz as usual. You have to be aware of what is going on and keep your ear to the ground. In that regard, I think we all need to help each other out.

Same here. I've never actually visited one either. I excelled in creative writing in school and this is a great forum to write in.

How long has RMs been online? That site is known for its “tell all” reviews, whether true or not, the review format it self allows for every description of provider, cost, activities and lengthy details of visit. This site is just getting underway, new members signing up a bit more now than just a few months ago. It’s not as relevant thus far. The risks of visiting a parlor have always existed regardless of any site, you never know when the public has complained about questionable activity at any parlor, causing LE or health inspector to pay a visit. Here is some food for thought, is the trade deal/tariffs against China playing a part in the national crackdown of parlors?
