Any side effects? Any concerning withdrawal symptoms once you stop? I have this fear that once people stop, they'll be more susceptible to HIV because the immune system was dependent on the prep med. Also, in the commercial for one of those prep meds, it clearly states that it's not for people who were born female - what's that about?
thats not how prep works, it does nothing to your immune system , the chemical is in your blood stops and enzyme that HIV needs to reproduce
Nearly all Japanese girls mid 20s are on prep. If you choose to think otherwise, go for it. I'm only talking Japanese here.

That being said, anyone here doing BBFS should also be on prep. And at the barebones minimum PEP.
This. There’s actually a Japanese clinic here near grand central that’s kind of under the radar for working j girls to get check ups, prep and bc. Only reason why I know about it is because I escorted a jgirl there once before taking her out for the rest of the day/night. Jgirls are more protected in a way than others, but it doesn’t mean that you would be safe. Virus may be neutralized in them but it still doesn’t mean they can’t be spread to you. I’m not 100% if that’s how it works but that’s what the healthcare person told me.

But they really aren't though.
In the past more so.
But since the Japanese came here? Not anymore.
The 100/200 menu is open for just about any slob that is willing to pay the step up.
And the other Asians feel that they have to keep up.
Be careful out there, guys.
Almost all the k girls do it. A lot more C girls do it. Yes, they have to to stay competitive to a certain degree.

But, I am so tired of getting lube killed in bbfs...I think it actually feels better with the thin ass condoms I use. Really is not worth the extra cash...idk.

no lube bbfs is damn good....lube bbfs kind of sucks ass.

Repeated use of doxy pep, I would think, may lead to antibiotic resistance. Not a doctor, but it seems like common sense. I sure wouldn't want to be resistant to doxycycline...

I agree,
If you want to go bareback just accept the risks.
I’d worry about something if and when in caught it.
No way I’m screwing around with my immune system by taking antibiotics or any drugs on the chance I catch something.

Prep can cause liver issues for some people - so some girls may not take it. If you have sex without condom in this this type of activity - you should be on prep.

Think of these scenarios, (not a MD or Pharmacist, just thinking through the process)
1. Girls who take Prep - it takes time for it to work, some girls may forget to take it consistently, it may not work properly if they have stomach issues or certain diets that affect it. (Birth control doesn't always work)
2. Are you assuming you are protected from HIV when Girl is on Prep and HIV negative, you are not on prep, and there is a HIV+ viral load inside of her Vaginally or Anally from someone else. Do you know how this works? Are you expecting her to splash some water in the shower in the area and it's all good for you?
3. Prep isn't 100%
4. You cannot look at someone and tell if they are HIV+ - You will be surprised by the number of young male and female in the USA that have HIV.

Do your research.

Most of those men are gay or bisexual.

I was assuming the owner of the spots had a steady supply of prep ready and available for the girls, but I guess this is wishful thinking. Doesn’t even seem hard to organize something like this.
Health care providers must confirm that patients do not have HIV before starting PrEP. Excluding people with acute HIV infection is critically important so that they do not develop drug-resistant HIV because they took PrEP medication while in the early stages of HIV.

After reading through this thread, went to urgent care today and got PEP which is the same thing just a 30 day post exposure. They gave me generic Truvada and name brand Isentress. Took both, zero sides. Strongly recommend to all bbfs enjoyers.

HIV is around! I'm around medical professionals and patients and last week I saw about 5 HIV patients. The question is if they're keeping up with medications to keep the viral load down so it's not transmissible.

But I do bet dollars to doughnuts that BBFSer do have it but are on meds.

You think people are going to open up and say they have HIV?
Seriously. Mongers have no logic. Btw the + people you saw, did they look normal and healthy? I would wager a lot of these gals have it.

First off, prep or pep ain’t 100%. Also, what about herpes, hpv, hepatitis C? I also would not want to get C or G and there are strains of G that are antibiotic resistant!!
Already have herpes (never had symptoms just test positive), vaccinated from both hpv and all forms of hepatitis, and using doxy pep for c and g from now on. Got everything from urgent care today.

There is no vaxx against hep C. Just A and B. Mate, is bbfs really worth it when you’re on a cocktail of meds??

Did not know there’s no hep c vaccine but looks like sexual spread is uncommon. I’ve had gfs lie about STDs so I’d rather just be on my cocktail and enjoy life. But I agree with all your points. Just condom sex doesn’t do it for me.

Hep B is the STD hep. You can only get it from Greek. I'm vaxxed. Things like herpes and hpv you should only care about if you're young and haven't had kids yet. I'm happily middle-aged, had my kids already. Had gono before -it was hellish but nowhere near as bad as when I caught a major UTI from a provider (we're talking pissing blood then having my peehole close up, and my dick was swollen.

Thought I was the only one with this view on lube. I don’t let them use lube anymore for this reason, a little spit is fine.
