We don't have a healthcare system, some have insurance in lieu of one. This place is also compartmentalised. Some places have hospitals/clinics and staff far superior to other places. In the aggregate this place is a shit show if ur not in the right tax bracket and area. So this situation doesn't surprise me.

A real close friend went to bank to withdraw. And not knowing where the funds would go I asked is all good and she said I go to flushing to send approx. 10K to china after seeing the receipt I said thats fine. She wants to food shop and now asks for money. Sorry I have appointment and busy must go. SEE YA!!!!

Relationships are always about quid pro quo and if a provider has been good to you be nice now during Coronavirus but if she’s calling or texting after months or even years of not seeing her be cautious.
