Anyone ever go to the red roof inn- inCranberry for a massage?

I would look more at reviews on STG then, as opposed to here. Many of the private providers don't necessarily have 5-star accommodations. I've been to some AMPs in some pretty sketchy parts of town too, so in general I'd feel like if the provider is good the location itself is likely ok, so long as the travel to and from and wherever you'll park your car are sufficiently safe.
