Anybody tried this place in Dyker Heights?

The Place is a classic AMP. I haven't tried it but pretty close to the location.
The prices are cheap. $35/hh and $45/hr. Says the place has a sauna too. I called once but somebody who knew no English picked up and said she will text and sent a pre-typed blurp. I would love to know if somebody has tried it.
Would love to know suggestions about this place or any other around Dyker Heights.
