so i'm kinda shocked how few reviews and places it seems there are?? I know outcall is kinda the way to go here but I don't love that just feels risky for a few reasons.. is there not a lot of places in town?? i found a few it seems not close to the strip and all asian, i just assumed i'd be overwhelmed with choices and it seems like less places than philly

Most spas will be Asian. If you are looking for newer ones. The newest reviews on other sites might help. I found a new spot Bali Spa near the airport, along with best Asian spa. Both are good leaning towards Bali spa.
