I can't find anything in the area and believe me I've tried. Most of the services im seeing are located in Newark, Jersey City etc. Its still north jersey but at least an hour out, something in the Northeast NJ would be extremely appreciated

Those towns are pro LE shutdown I doubt the health department would allow a new spa to even open with the Oakland T&S raid I'm pretty certain more LE are sending out more undercover in surrounding areas

About 20 years ago there was a R&T/FS place in Wykoff. It was around the corner from Bank of America. I used to go there after work. It was nice and quiet and traffic was low. One day BOOM. It was gone.
