I wonder if it's because md's laws are a little different than some states. like, just calling someone to arrange something can constitute breaking a law. I like Charlie's theory better tho..

I just moved here but I already heard it’s probably one of the most difficult places to get anything established cause of the fuzz. I miss being close to Manhattan. :/

This place is no fun anymore and I’ve only gotten a chance to go to one AMP and it nearly burned a hole in my wallet.
