Haven't taken the train to Philly in 30 or so years, back then Jeff Station was Market East stop. It is practically the center of Center City with Chinatown literally 1 block away.

I feel CC and Chinatown are very safe. As a teenager I took the train to Jeff Station and walked 10 blocks to South Street many times. Never an issue.

Sun Spa is 8 blocks from it and there are a half dozen places closer.

Money, ID, Credit Cards, and make sure you know how to catch the last train back home and when it leaves.
