It's been a long time since I been there but at the time (20 years ago) there was. I would imagine they still exist.
They were bar/clubs with very hot women in them who were open to P4P. But the prices were high even then (think equiv $500 USD). Who knows what costs are now. But incredibly beautiful and well put together women. This was outside of the red light district. Ask around I am sure someone will clue you in. Although it's been a long time I would be surprised if these no longer existed. Red Light district caters to average Joes. They also have options for those willing to spend much more for a more special experience.

@Fatmonger not in RLD. at least the ones I know. Tbh the RLD is overrated. One of the weirdest experiences I had there was when I went to an AMP and the lady came to the door with a menu similar to a restaurant menu with the services and prices. She was a thick Thai girl. Good time. I walked the RLD at night and it’s fun, but didn’t try anything.
RLD was a trip when I was there. My favorite story is, there are all types of girls. Literally all races, heights, weights, etc. when I was there. Not like you could only find white europeans there. So as I am walking around there, a heavyset black woman was calling to me from a window. I had no interest but she wanted to say hello and I'm a friendly guy. She asked me to come in and have some fun, but I had no interest because she was definitely not my type (I like smaller girls like most of us). So at the time I think it was like 50 guilder... this was before they went to Euros. If my memory isn't off, I think that was equivalent to around $30 then... for 20 minutes. I said no thanks. She said how about 20 guilder. That was almost nothing, but I had no interest at all so thanked her and politely said no. Then as I was walking away she yelled out, I will pay YOU 20 guilder??? I laughed and kept going...

I blame that great website for getting me into this mongering business back in autumn 2014 when I took my first trip to the city. Window shopped a lot but didn't pull the trigger until the morning I was to fly back home and really because she was willing to do anal for an upsell. Then discovered AMPs did really exist and wasn't just a punchline from a movie (happy ending) and the next year, started in earnest in the states starting in a Vegas AMP that offered BBBJ.
If you look and act presentable, the girls on street level might open their door and let you talk face to face before you have to make a decision. I met a very busty Brazilian who chatted me up for a while. I was not interested in sex initially but her body was just too irresistible. I just wanted to get her naked. It was worth the 50 euros, and she tried her best to make me pop. Not easy for me to do with a condom.
I miss Amsterdam! The main RLD in the city center is not worth going into because it has become a tourist trap. There are 2 other RLD that is much more laid back and does not have the gawking eyes of the public watching who goes in and comes out.
Also, yes sex clubs are the best way to go for a more laid-back experience. I've heard the Hague has really good sex clubs. But if you want to experience the cream of the crop with sex clubs Germany and Prague are incredible!

It has been a number of years since I was in the RLD! Truth be told ….it was nerve racking ! Really? That’s all it costs? After 2 days of being too cautious to even try….I gave it a shot….and was hooked. For the next 5 days…I enjoyed 2 different girls each day. A true fantasy. Not sure what it is like now, but, I’m considering going back to some of the Clubs in Germany

Which Privehuis did you try? I once went to Park 118 and it was a horrible experience. DIdn't follow agreements, virtually everything was an upsale. That is, every 5 minutes, there was an interuption as she in a not particularly friendly ways, said "xx that's an additional fee". I felt like it was a continuous bargaining session for a used car. Horrible.
