AMPs that accept Credit Cards?

You may not care about the paper trail, but I'd worry more about your credit card info laying around the shop. Lot's of folks looking for those digits to share on dark sites or even locally to pick an appliance or two on Amazon...
Actually you can put alerts on your credit card so that any purchase in excess of $200 will have to have a notification sent to you and, if you reach out to the bank within a reasonable amount of time, your exposure is limited to $50.

The bigger issue is the fact that if the place gets busted, they confiscate the cash, credit card machine and can trace it all. There should be no reason to use a CC at any MP, period! Have cash, will travel...

Any kind of electronic footprint can be trouble. In a raid they seize everything including computers and cc receipts. Such things might be used to connect you to trafficking, prostitution, or other shady business. Even though you're innocent of anything, you still gotta pay a lawyer to prove it

You would be surprised how many use credit cards at AMPs. The other day a MMS showed me the credit card run and corresponding back account deposits. I was always under the impression that AMPs didn’t like credit cards, as they have to pay a fee. I noticed that the majority of credit card users tipped more than standard. I asked the MMS about it and she said, yes, if a monger uses a credit card, 10 times out of 10 he will tip more, and the house also tacks on the credit card service fee. Another reason not to use cards is since it isn’t cold hard cash that’s leaving your hands, you might feel a bit to generous.

A lot of “legit” and HE spas accept credit cards. I’ve known a few FS spas to accept but they don’t like too. And, yes those FS spas that accept credit cards also had their fair share of customers use cards.

The main reason to refrain from using credit cards is the exposure that there is a record of the transaction linking you to the AMP and that can never result in anything good. A word to the wise is sufficient

I personally would never use credit cards for all of the reasons above, but I might fathom a guess that a credit card user might need to spread the payback over several months rather than a lump sum of cash at once.

i don't see the problem with using your CC. getting a massage is legal so you shouldn't have to worry. just because the business might be doing something illegal doesn't mean you are tied to it just because you went there for something legal. i mean would you be held responsible if your local pizza place was selling drugs and you happened to use your CC there to buy a pizza?

Seems like you’ve missed the important stuff. The danger is your card info being compromised, you being sucked into a raid where monger info is collected and you get accused of trafficking. The odds are low, but they’re there…
