I'm hoping it's not a disgruntled monger that went off the deep end. It's tough enough during a pandemic and after fosta-sesta. I can only image the attention this will get and possible crack-downs and legislation if it is. Even more reason to legalize and regulate it. Going to work for these women shouldn't have to be a life or death thing.

I fear the backlash by the powers that be will just punish these poor women further, a heady mix of moralistic Puritanism, racism and misogyny. An AMP crackdown is not a cure but a symptom of the problem.

The whole thing is really sad. It has thrown a scare through the entire Asian community. A friend told me that a couple of the girls were friends of her other NY friends.
Don't know how true but she said many that she knows in NY have stopped working for a while until this blows over. Maybe some of your NY guys can tell us if this is true.
