I’m been wondering if it’s best to say it’s your first time there or not. If you’re a repeat customer a cop could surmise that you know what to expect and keep returning for that reason. If it’s my first time I could act appalled when they tell me it’s a full service spa and be in my way sooner. I’m a pretty good actor. Anyone ever consider this?
I completely agree with you. They CAN charge you simply for going. However, will they? Cops aren't typically going to charge you, unless they have something that will stick in court. Hence... why I said you should keep your mouth shut.
If one of the girls admits to performing an act on you, then you are both screwed (literally and figuratively.). Same goes for you, if you admit to doing something illegal, both of you are getting arrested. So just keep your mouth shut, and hope the ladies of the night do the same.

I think we are learning they are charging guys more.
Who cares if it sticks? They want max embarrassment from the bust. Name in paper, dragged to court, needing to tell family etc. damage is done.

It’s the public shaming and the photo on the net and all of your work ID and security ID. A 6 figure job in a Data Center is at risk. The family is another another big issue.
It’s a shame after all these Years . I can go private as we exchanged numbers and at least I can relax and enjoy.! Who wants to go back to bars and deal with all that drama!??

hey agreed that LE can do harm whenever they wish. It is not that they don't read this board and are not aware of private reviews.
Important thing is when all is kept in balance and low key by all the parties, no complaints and all are happy. Townships are getting revenue. If they and LE are against it, they will not issue licenses for spas.
This RK thing has stirred up a lot but looks like it will eventually die out.

They liked the publicity of busting a billionaire. It slipped their mind that this billionaire might turn around and hire the most powerful lawyers in this country to come down on their asses like flies on shit. My guess is RK is pissed and he is attacking everyone in Florida like his defense attacked the RAMS in the super bowl.
Think about it, he has to fight like a warrior because he has a team of warriors working for him that would obviously respect that action.

It might be even simpler than that. RK has the ability to literally build a new police station, supply new patrol cars to the entire force, build a brand new justice complex, and donate a generous amount of money to their local PBA.
Or they can choose to publicly embarrass him, and collect their $5-10k fine for the offense.

Back to the original post, what am I supposed to glean from it? Dress better before going to a spa because my picture might be taken? Drive around the parking lot looking for guys sitting with a camera pointed at the spa before going in? Walk to the spa wearing camo or disguise? Start a "Spa Watch" organization where guys volunteer to sit in the parking lot looking for LE and warn the spa to turn out the lights? Some guys are just going to have bad luck. If you play in this hobby, you take the risks that come with it. If you are paranoid all the time, you should stop engaging. There is nothing illegal about entering a business that is duly licensed by the local government.
