So as a young monger myself like Dogfacedboy, between ages 25-30, allow me to address some of the original items mentioned earlier on in the thread
Tinder. This platform allows you to swipe left to girls you dont' want or swipe right to girls you want. When you're a guy, you always swipe right, it is truly a numbers game and you can be doing this for a long period of time, until someone chooses. You are left on "seen" on many messages and some responses might be so light, it's literally just to push you away from responding. Average or below average looking guys don't stand a chance on this app. People may be thinking Tinder is great, but it only works for the following: If you are a tall, clear skin, muscular, confident male, then Tinder is your playground. Hell, you don't know even need Tinder if you look like that. What some people may also fail to realize or may keep forgetting, girls are picky and on Tinder especially since they all have the choices in the world to choose from which man they want. Imagine being the polar opposite of the male I just described: short, some acne, chubby or fat, and occasionally shy, do you think someone like that has a chance with a 8 or 9 for FREE, in honesty and reality, more than likely not.
Civilian. Now, in current relationships, I've had my share of "girlfriends" but it was never really true or honest. Coming into the age of social media was a huge letdown, some might say.These days, the girls we have to deal have had some walk out on meal with, will only be with you, is if you in a high caliber of income or have clout, which is slang for status and notoriety. Almost every single date I've tried excluding the fair share of gfs included in their questioning within the first 20 minutes: How much do you make, How many followers do you have, Whats your current job, and my favorite one asked: What are your current financial obligations? If they don't hear a number or answer they like, the date would begin to deteoritate. I have had some walk out on me, others excuse themselves to the bathroom for a long period of time, and come back after I have fully eaten to then leave, and others saying " See you soon" after the date but never saw me soon. They want all this, but can't cook, clean, take care of children, and expect you to hire someone to handle that. When I witnessed and experienced this, I said " I give up, I'll wait till I find someone but for now, let me seek other avenues" I am also not even including the number of dates that were also missed due to my height, so you can fathom what's it like.
Mongering at Youth. Some might see it as detrimental. On the contrary, I found out to be life changing. Believe it or not, I don't jerk off to porn nor like to do it. I have always preferred, watching on the computer for a scene and re enacting it in the real world. When it came to the girls of today , I said to myself not a chance. I was 19 or so when someone told me about Backpage. Back then ,I visited massage parlors once in a blue moon, like celebrating a personal milestone type of gig, after that, the rest is history. I thought to myself, I pay for a good service at a massage parlor, which in total equates to possibly a dinner for 2 at a nice restaurant, enjoy the "services" and walk out happy. Financially, I'm smart enough not to go every time, and mentally smart enough to know it's fantasy, not reality.
These are my current experiences and personal two cents on the items mentioned. Like another monger mentioned, live your life now, because who knows where we will be in 10 years from now. And I prefer doing it now than at a much older age, when I do plan to be settled in and leave this monger lifestyle on a coat rack in the closet and hopefully never look back.
