Was reading today that the heads of the NY financial exchanges will be heading to Texas to investigate moving their data centers from NJ. This in response to Gov. Murphy proposing a .25% financial transaction tax on each electronic trade.

Nursing home killer Murphy will win again he has the protective D next to his name. With Biden's new tax brackets plus Murphy's new millionaires tax high earners in NJ will pay over 50% in income taxes. The outbound move from NJ will continue at record pace.

My buddy back home who is in real estate tells me properties in New Jersey are being bought up as soon as they go on the market.

I received full price offer first day on the market. I'm glad I'm out, but there is a lot who want in, despite the cost.

This is just the beginning. He has a lot of lost revenue from taxes that aren’t coming in and expenditures that need to covered. Look for higher taxes and fees that are hidden to abound.

That is true Covid has many New York City residents leaving in droves. They are driving prices above list. Compared to NY, Jersey is a bargain. However NJ still is a regular on the list of outflow states.

I think the properties close to NY are in demand. There are those that want out of NY.

I noted that my old town just elected a School Board member to the Town Council.

I think the Village People are putting together a massive school tax increase for 2021.

Why pay for all your own kids when you can have others do it for you?

It was Adios this year for Lefty.

Will not last long remind us the temps in the middle of January.
It does seem unusually cold in this part of Carolina, but you’re right that it won’t last. It was colder here than Jersey for two straight days.

Thought it was Murphy’s Revenge — like a case of the shits.:D

Damn, colder down here than it is in Jersey right now. Again. I may have to uproot next year and head further south.

New Jersey mongers: just realize that Phil Murphy is going to use this pandemic to control every aspect of your lives in the dark days ahead. Control freaks don’t change; they just seek opportunities.

You heard it from Lefty. Be safe.
