Who told you there were Latinas on 88th?
Assuming you are talking about 88th and Roosevelt I have been there many times and I have never seen any Latinas working.
It's Asian ladies non-stop, I was there today and there were 7 asians ladies there at one time.
Most likely the Chinos you see there are the guys walking you to the girls. Again ask the fella who told you about Latinas on 88th.

It's pretty shitty but on Roosevelt, if you look hard enough, there is literally an Asian spot every two or three blocks. That's allowed. They're out in the streets and everything. But if so much as ONE Latina was out there giving body rubs, they might call in the fucking SWAT team.
Why is it that Asians are allowed to operate openly and freely but there's always a hard crackdown on Latin or AA places? Is it because the Chinese/Korean bosses promptly give their PBA donation in on time?

I think it has more to do with the clientele that is attracted and how the Latina spots handle escalation of tensions.
Asians don't like the loud arguments and contain any nonsense at most AMPs. They will tend to acquiesce and deescalate.
The Latin spots have some security dude ready to finish the trouble an idiot started. The tension in the air, the system of lookouts, and the security dude mirror other illicit activity and attract LE.
I know of a long lived Latin UTR run by a former provider friend of mine in Queens (no PMs please - she refers to me as La Familia and I won't lose that trust). She operates out of two decent multi-unit dwellings that is easier to drive to than to commute to. She's at one and her long-term boyfriend is at the other. You wait in your car until your told to come inside. You will be blocked if you wait at the door or in front of the building. The girl is never outside, always hot as hell and fresh from one of 4 Latin countries. If you ever seem less than mild mannered, they say it is massage only to have you not come back. She makes less than other spots, but never had an LE issue. No party favors. No drunk dudes. Just a premium ride.
If the Latinas on Roosevelt would follow this model, they would force the Asian Grannies to return to Main & 40th Rd.

Sounds like an amazing place. So low key and boutique that LE can't really get a handle on it. The worst they'd get is a 'massage without a license' fine.
I remember guys here talking about some Latin place that was so insane that mongers would have to sit in a living room together like a doctor's waiting room and they'd get busted every few weeks or so because they were in a residential area and strange guys would be coming and going at all times of the day and night. I guess I may have better than average luck with younger talent giving me their number. Maybe it is because I tip well. I normally get introduced to their friend when they move on and work far away. It keeps me in their circle.
When they are back in town, they usually have an expectation that their friend will give me back. In reality, I end up keeping both of them. The circle sometimes extends to a third person, but that takes time.
