24/7 Providers - why aren't there more?

I only encountered one place, 24/7, about 4 years ago, advertised as an AMP but it was a mixed bag at 11 Main Street in Spotswood. It was second floor walk-up shit hole, the space sectioned off with sheets hang'in from the ceiling, some salty looking, large woman sitting at a desk with 3 phones,....one Asian, one Latin on a sofa, both on the edge of consciousness. I turned and left. The place was shutdown about 3 weeks later.
Back when Rena was aligned with Elegant Asian (Dream Asian now) and if an established client, it was sometimes possible to book early appointments. Between the time she left and once when she was INDY, I'd seen her maybe 3 times, 7:00AM appointments before heading for work.
Heidi whom worked on/off for Elegant Asian as well was always in trouble with the agency. When she worked, it seemed she was always at the place which is now called E-Hotel, Harold's is in the back. Getting to know her very well, many times, after her last appointment with the agency, I spent the night with her. After a bit, I couldn't keep up, some nights closing the downstairs bar by the side entrance of the hotel which also had a back elevator, great fun..... If on the weekend, we'd drive over to the hotel on Wood Avenue, think it was the Hyatt, maybe the Hilton, it had dancing in the lounge and we'd close that place before heading back.
The point,...I think the best route would be to try to build a rapport with someone first, an INDY or higher end agency lady....if lucky, seemingly anything may be possible after that....even Redwoods back in the day, even though they posted, supposedly had set hours, I was often there before,.....and long after.....
