I was always surprised that this spa only had two reviews on the site when it was one of six spas in Fresh Meadows. It had two numbers. 917-815-8383 and 646-920-8782. Now it is closed with an orange sticker on the door.

It was closed this weekend. I don't know if that was COVID related, but most spas were closed. I didn't see any orange stickers on their door.

Vitality spa had a “For Sale by owner” sign and what looked like a open house last I walked by during the day. Maybe another amp owner to buy it?
