    Making appointments

    Depends on the place, and how set I am on a particular girl. Sometimes 30 minutes or less, other places 2-3 hours. I never call longer ahead. I either go somewhere else or take a later appt if offered and it works.

    Paying way too much?

    All standard service is not the same and the tips for it can vary widely just as the service does. Sometimes the service is really worth the extra tip, but some places engage in price gouging. Would be good for reviews to indicate which.
