Has the village changed there hours at all?

I have tried on multiple occasions stopping by between 6 and 8PM during the week and on Saturdays. The hallway light is off and the outside door is locked up.

At the time no, lost my burner phone and figured no big deal to just walk in like I have done in the past. Gonna grab new phone this week but figured I would ask and see if anyone else was having issues.
