Or just move their hand over to the area and say "inside". Many of the providers I see on a regular basis just do it as they know I like it and also know how to "prep" the area and don't just JAM their finger in without getting it ready. It takes knowledge and experience of how to do it to do it right and not just go for it. To me, nothing better than having a finger in there up to the last knuckle and having the other hand taking care of Jr.
There is a definite difference between someone who is going through the motions and putting a finger in, and someone who actually understands anatomy and how to do it so it maximizes pleasure. I wouldn’t trust this to just anyone, but only to someone who really enjoys doing it and hits the right spot.
