Something seems amiss, or is 465 offering an “early-bird” special. OP writes that he visited Candy today (May 6), wrote a review, and posted it to the board - all by 8:12 this morning!

They need to have a criteria checklist when bringing in new providers. Are you willing to do A, B & C? Ok, are you any good at it? This place is washed up. Tina probably stays because she knows the reputation of DDD is still out there. How long is that gonna last with reviews like this?

Tina should be put in charge of an onboarding and training program honestly. Tina has a seemingly boundless supply of energy, but she can't be expected to carry the entirety of 465 forever.
