Ok i get your position - it must be an old org, but not too big, then it's ok to collect personal information.
Rather odd, if you think the policy is reasonable, then why don't you support it?
If collecting paystub information is so reasonable, why are they the only org that does this?
References are reasonable.
That said, an org can make up any rules they want. So while I personally find their policy unreasonable, I do support their right to do whatever they want. If they want to chase away high-value clients who have a family or job that is too much risk to lose, that is their choice. An odd choice, though.

we're in agreement on the most important part: lsc is free to do whatever they want. the policy is what it is, and as stated elsewhere if it's not worth the risk for you, go see someone else. easy game.
in the past LA orgs also required a DL pic so I decided to pass and missed out on a ton of amazing pussy, but such is life. still plenty of fish in the sea.

I keep the same burner over the years but after 1.5 years gap, most org dont recognizes my numbers anymore and ask for verf which understandable.
But some still keep your file and i could book right away, no question asked.
The more popular the org, the harder it is to get verified and book. But it is better to get verified and book popular g since they worth much more compare to easy booking org.
it also down to the day traffic and if they need you or not. I once get in just because they was slow that day and just need to text name and age.
It is risky to let them know too much but it better for the Gs to know their clients.
