Talents completely dry up and price keeps going up.

Speaking of talents drying up, I just saw Gigi was no longer listed at BGC. Maybe she is looking for houses to buy in SK at this moment

I do hope she will be back soon as to me she is one of the top tier girls. I started visiting her soon after the inception of BGC.

Kinda surprised she stayed this long and with the same org. In the spring/summer of 2019 BGC had like 10 girls, some of them were quite good, including Gigi. They were long gone, she was the last.

Good old times.
There's a reason Gigi stayed the longest at BGC. Same reason Yuna stayed the longest at KGA. They both arrived to Sam's org (AA) around the same time - summer of 2018 iirc.

"Specific examples of exceptionally negative, positive, or augmented experiences that contradict a fair market rate adjustment carries insignificant weight in this analysis"

Wat

I do appreciate Dan's org actually making a long post about this, this is why they have good feedback and have a good rep. And I do hope that in their case, the "market rate" going up actually goes directly to the "advisor" and not to anyone else. Otherwise theres no point if girls don't see any of the money.

The GFEI analysis is well done (Props to their PO). I disagree with a number of points on the GFEI analysis. The Bay Area has always attracted girls because we have a high number of customers (single dudes with tech money). Girls come here to make money. A well known provider is contemplating coming back here because despite her increased rate she’s only seeing 2-3 customers a day. The Bay Area has a reputation for having good customers and keeping girls busy. That has all likely changed given we’re in a lockdown and most of our offices are closed. Immigration has also been a lot tighter for talent coming to the US in general. There will be a flood of new girls from Korea coming once international travel returns.

Like, other orgs, take note.

Mongers might not agree with the reasoning provided, but I think most of us will agree (don't want to speak for anyone else but I think it's true) that such communication is very welcome. It shows at the very least some concern for customers. And that is appreciated in this biz.

I agree that volume was king. The fact that all girls are within a very confined area, as opposed to say, LA, makes it really easy for a lot of people to see a lot of girls. This held well until upcharges began elsewhere (LA for the most part) and covid hit.

That is what I have heard as well from the girls - better and more customers. Better in the sense that their customers treat them better.

And as well as noted, although traffic can be bad in the Golden Triangle (101, 237, 880), LA is so spread out ....

This is a tech hub with a lot of rich horny and lonely Indians. Someone is going to pay if it’s not you.
Not really, at some price point independent provider will become more attractive
Lol when does the price hike ends then? Will it take another recession like in 2008 for it to stop? This is crazy.
Anybody concerned by price hike should really look at amount of money printing government did, it's called INFLATION guys.

Rents in the Bay Area have been plunging:

San Jose, S.F. lead nation in plunging rent — while inland California sees most price growth (Jan. 18, 2021)
https://www.sfchronicle.com/realest...S-F-lead-nation-in-plunging-rent-15878339.php

"San Jose housing rental prices in December were down 13.7% year over year, the nation’s sharpest decline, according to a new report, and San Francisco wasn’t far behind.

Rents were down 13.7% in San Jose, New York followed with an 11.7% drop, and San Francisco had the third-biggest decline, 9.4%. "

But I imagine demand has been declining by more due to covid?

LOL INFLATION my ass. This is all cash transactions and they dont report these transactions to the IRS. what inflation? even at the original 200 price point they have plenty to eat. Just say these orgs are just GREEDY and just go. The extra money does NOT go to the girls. Its goes straight directly to the bosses pockets. They are trying to recover from the slow business during the early months of covid but seeing how other orgs have been putting up the 300 premium for a popular girl now they are on a feeding frenzy.

Haha...I had my stand made clear on different thread on similar topic. What you're saying is correct. I'm in the camp that don't buy BS like girls working outside of Bay Area make more money than there and that's reason why there is lack of talent, it's all utter nonsense.
