As possibly the exception that proves the rule, I have turned these situations from cash and carry thing to totally free. Under the right conditions it can happen consistently. It takes cash upfront to establish trust, but with the proper attitude, good technique, a willingness to help, and great personal chemistry, you can establish friendships "with benefits", that involve no cash at all. Let's be perfectly clear. NO CASH AT ALL. Even when she moves on to another spa, she will stay in contact and welcome you with open...arms.

That said, it may be naive to hope for too much. "A man's got to know his limitations!"

Finally got my current favorite provider to give me her cell phone number! That’s a step in the right direction to get to the sacred “friends with benefits” zone which I ultimately would like to get to. Takes a lot of trust and CaSH to get to this point as @chunfun says

I definitely see your point, I just personally don’t have the time or ability to commit to those sorts of relationships, being that I have one to maintain at home while working 60-80 hours a week and still enjoying this hobby. I like to keep certain boundaries because for me this is strictly a hobby. Adding anything personal creates situations and stress that I just don’t need added on to my life. I love the pay to play aspect of this hobby. It’s driven me to make more money than I ever thought I’d be able to lol. But in all seriousness, I respect your take, I just rather do the complete opposite, it works better for me.

I know a provider, who is low key and word of mouth only for new clients, but has an established clientele. She charges flat $140 for an hour with standard topless. She averages 12-15 clients a week. She works generally 46-48 weeks per year. She is in Philly burbs, so more clients, but it is possible for a FS place to make that kind of money with multiple providers.

To each his own. I am in a long term relationship. Unfortunately she can no longer perform her wifely duties. I have a the cash flow, and a certain set of skills...
Having an emotional relationship with a woman is just as important to me as having a sexual relationship. They sense your motives and they respond accordingly.
