In conjunction with Thailand, I've always heard whispers/mentions of Cambodia. I wanted to plan a trip to Phnom Penh, and I would appreciate any advice, thank you.

When you leave Thai, you're basically leaving the well traveled road. Cambodians travel to thai for work. If you're hunting for fresh ground, then you're going to need to be more aggressive or self-starting. Most importantly, the language is the most difficult part.

Spend time in Cambodia, Vietnam and Burma if you can and you'll have memories of a lifetime. If you're a 5 star kindof guy skip it. It's all doable with common sense.

Interesting.....I was interested because it seems people do go to those places, but I can't find many reviews or impressions made, at least none that people seem to want to tell.

You’d probably want to find a local forum for those countries, make an account, then read the inside scoop. That’s what I did when I went to Singapore. Best of luck.

Bangkok112 on YouTube does a decent job overviewing the hotel/ bar girl scene in Cambodia. I’d stick to that side of the business your first trip, as there are some very sketchy dealings on the dial an escort side. At least in the bar you can evaluate a bunch of girls all at once.

Burma/Myanmar and Laos have always interested me in addition to Cambodia. Places you could actually tell friends and coworkers you went and talk about the things you did. At this point if anybody tells me they went to Thailand I assume they banged prostitutes and watched ping pong balls fly out of pussies the entire time.
