I drive by that place regularly and in the pre pandemic days the lot was more often than not full in the morning to early afternoon on weekdays.
I guess the thinking was they were getting the "fresh stuff."

For a half hour session, house fee $40, a tip of $140 should be adequate.
Keep in mind that virtually all NYC GFE places charge fixed rates of 180-200 for half hour and 280-300 for hour. Tips are not expected. The hour fee includes 2 pops. NYC rates used to be higher, then competition and market forces came into play.

Ive tipped $100 to Vivian n Phoenix and see my reviews on how em sessions were. Tipped Cindy not the former mms $115 and hers was decent but the other 2 were better.
