I've already heard plenty of good things about Gloria from browsing her reviews, but I can't seem to find anything on Charlotte. The only other Charlottes that pop up via search aren't Asian, so does anyone recognize her or is she new? Probably should've checked before trying to book the appointment, but hey, I have faith.
