Heads up about the 2 Asians at DONY

Heyyy, everyone it’s Jasmine I’d like to start off by, I recently just switched back with DONY. I know what everyone is thinking, and talking about- you guys probably think, “That’s a bad look for the company”, for one, YES I do think it is a bad look on my part and my agency. It makes people question, WTF Is actually going on?? Long story short- I held a grudge with my agency. Keep this in mind, I’ve never done this before so when I first started to do this “thing”, I got too excited with the amount of income I receive for doing 8 hours of work in a day. I got pretty selfish and I wanted more than what I was receiving... so therefore, I attacked my agency and requested more income and that lead me doing something regretful, which is coming on here and spreading false rumors like about how much he is taking. He does not take 45percent of the cut. I only said those things to make his company look bad. He takes less than 45 percent. My biggest down fall was working for DREAMGIRLS. Sooooo I decided to stay in contact with DONY while working for dreamgirls, because deep down I didn’t liked working for dreamgirls.

So, he and I discussed about our issues and how we can improve our communication to each other. And move on from the problem. The beef is squash. We literally fight like a married couple. LOL And I’m pretty sure we’ve all been there. My agency actually pointed this out to me and of course I was an idiot for not realizing it in the first place because I was being selfish. The first week I started to work at DONY’s, a “recruiter” came in to see me. And “tested” me out “to see” if I was “good” enough to work for dreamgirls. Pretty much told me everything what I wanted to hear, (better income, more safety, and more freedom etc.). Those were complete lies. No safety what-so-ever. There was a girl that was working there and she told me about her incident with a robbery. (Sammi) she now works for DONY. And after she told me her incident, I instantly dipped out of the apartment complex. This shit isn’t worth dying for. LOL

DONY, is a great environment to work at AND to work with. I took that all for granted. Dreamgirls stole me away from him on the first week I started at DONYS. (Again told me what I wanted to hear), This agency was NOT recruiting, he/she was STEALING from another company. Recruiting- is traveling all around and jump from one to the other state/county and meet/greet. My agency whom I work for now, (DONY), does it all. Just to make his clients/men happy. He has a lot of drive to do this kind of work like no one else has. I give him props. In the beginning, I didn’t but now I do as we got to know each other more. We’ve built a friendship and it is the greatest feeling. I love talking to him about my problems, and issues more than ever. He’s just super smart and I always trust his instincts. I love that about him 100 percent lol. And he actually cares about me and so do I. This is why we took each other back. When we first met up, I was super shy hahaha I thought, “WOW. Not a bad looking guy.” The first week we started talking we connected, like emotionally and physically too. Him and I have the same taste and fantasies BUT aside from all this business he was the one that was truly there for me when I had nothing. Nothingggggg. I was miserable but he saw potential in me and gave me a boost in life. I am more than grateful for this man, my #1 pimp and only. We both mistreated each other but our bond is strong as fuck and the connection we have is what made us accepted each other back. Thank you all for reading I’m truly blessed he found me. And that I am back where I belong❤️❤️ I apologize to everyone that are confused but sometimes emotions take over us. Please, don’t judge.

Although I have to say I've gotten flaked at that agency at least a half dozen times and never once did I receive a credit for next appointment.
He has a great point about the private numbers, though.

If he is so confident in the value he brings not only to the provider but also to the mongers, then why not make that part clear that we need his “service”?

This business structure has existed and worked well for many. All that’s needed for this is to ensure you take care of your “runners”/“mules”.

To conclude this thought, I’m not in this hobby for the pimps or agencies. I’m in it for my pleasure and the connection with the girls. If some pimp or agency connected me then I’ll probably wait til the second visit to get contact info but not to cut anyone out. More or less in the case the pimp cuts off the girl, I’d like to be able to find my way back to a provider. For the agency and pimps, I am grateful and will remain on good terms for the service of DISCOVERING new providers. That is all I owe the pimp or agency, the gratitude for connecting us. l I owe the provider the gratitude of servicing me... As for the logistics with safety, scheduling, hotels, condoms, etc this is the service the agency provides for the provider.

So the way I see it, there’s nothing unethical, dirty, or even slick when a monger tries to get the providers contact. The only sly part of exchanging contacts is when the provider is well taken care of but ungrateful and greedy to cut out any unnecessary loss.

I understand your points.
But I see it from a different angle.
I absolutely want as many agencies as possible, competing with each other to bring the youngest, prettiest, freshest girls to NYC.
Like we had here a few years ago.
Perhaps this "UTR" (and SA) stuff has helped lead to the drought we now have?
I like agencies like DONY that strive to employ college age "models". Would hate to see them go under for any reason.

For the record, yes, I have exchanged numbers with girls in the past, but not very often.
It's almost always when they have asked for mine, and even then, only when I have found them very attractive.
In the last 10 years I can only think of one girl where I asked for her number, and yes, it was exactly for one the reasons you gave. She was on shaky ground at the time with her agency and it was to let me know if she went to another agency. Also, she would let me know of her schedule in advance so I could get first dibs at booking her.
And we also would just say hello to each other sometimes. But we never once undercut the agency. Not saying that I wouldn't have done that if she asked me, but I never asked her and she never asked me.

A far as pimps go, I use only well established agencies and upper-scale AMPs.
I suppose it's possible for an agency girl to have a pimp, but much more likely it would be a druggie on bedpage. I stay away from them.

These girls ask for numbers often af. I remember getting outcall in 06 she asked for my number. In amps several have asked for my number. In GC this was rampant. Other places they've asked also. I give it if she's attractive. It's usually just in case she jumps ship and we fucked well together.

This can never be stopped. I will say I rarely ever see a girl outside. It's usually when she's gone indy or on a lonnnng vacation. If not I pay homage and see her at her agency.
