My former amp tenants were never late with rent. That I appreciate because I have other commercial tenants who owe many months of rent. lol

Myself, the super, plumber, electrician, other tenants, LE in the area and even my ex knew that the “eye lash and facial establishment” was a FS amp. lol
Sounds like you were blind in both eyes!

you're more disciplined and professional than I am. I would've tried to befriend all the girls working at the shop...not even for the sex, but just to weave myself into that world.

I won't say the amp name, but I was at a nice place recently where the doorman knows what's going on and directs you to the right floor. I think some parts of the real estate market is having a very tough time and owners are willing to turn a blind eye if the price is right.
I think we all know which Amp you're referring to :p

I agree with you 100% on the bro code right up until two Russians took a place on the first floor of my apartment building! I wouldn't mind so much if they weren't just buzzing guys in from a text message, and the dudes weren't waiting around for an answer to get in. We're the worst!

On a side note, I think spas and agencies should stay out of apartment buildings IMHO. There used to be a fast house in my building when I was in HS eons ago on the opposite side of my floor. The "pimp" was a dick and had issues with the super, everyone liked the super. I had a run in with the "pimp" and was contemplating on getting him jumped. But I think they should stay out of residential buildings as a uncle to a little nephew because you dont know if the client's are pedophiles low key. And that's something I will go crazy about around kids.

I agree, I once had someone try to talk to me when I was leaving one spot years ago. I just kept it move, used the stairs and left the building. Some Russian spot in the 50th east side.

I had a close call in a residential building in Queens. Tenant confronted me as I was leaving an apartment, asked me how the "whore" was, and pointed his camera phone at me. Not fun at all. I'm almost scared straight.

Yeah that'd be a wake up call for me too. You can't blame the tenant. I'd do the same and I'm a freakin monger .

I always tell the 'visitors' that are searching for the apartment that the whores are down to the left, I think a couple of them went soft.
