I had a lot of respect for her she ran a tight ship but very successful with the same 5 girls for years. Always busy but don’t let anyone tell you different those girls they was the total package. Today I don’t understand they keep changing the girls all the time let the good ones go what type of system is that ??
I maybe wrong but I think todays business model is to get new girls in frequently, a quick turnover. The MMS think that we all want variety, I get it that’s what many of us want. But some of us also like having a relationship with a favorite girl or two. We don’t always want to start over with someone new or chase all over the state to find our favorite once she’s been let go. Just my 2 cents!
I totally agree. I don't like this new rotation of new providers every few weeks. There are no long term incentive to give decent service. If a girl leaves in a week or two they don't care about repeat customers. MMS don't care either because the girls are leaving and blame them for bad service. Less headache for mgmt as well.
