lol. Pretty sure all exterior doors always pull to open.

Because for exit purposes and emergency you want to push out and not have to pull and then have the door close on you as stampede continues for easier outflow

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has trouble with that damn door. Nice review, and nice use of minamax.
Thank god it’s not only me lol, I appreciate it

This is some really legit reasoning, alas I will continue to be confused despite knowing this

Oh, in many places having the exterior doors open out is the law, for the reason Mayfair explained, but there are loads in NYC that open in. Don't know if it's just old buildings, or if there's no law.

I don’t care enough to investigate it more, but from a practical standpoint, wouldn’t having a door open outward be a fire hazard? It is easier to obstruct. Something as simple as a ton of snow or cardboard boxes or something heavier would make it a death trap for the occupants trying to open the door and get out in case a fire breaks out.

BTW: I still hate the RS8 front door. I’ve given up and just push and pull after ringing the door bell.

That's what I do too. Also, I sometimes forget if it's the left one or the right one. (It's the right one.) How it didn't get burned into memory when I did my string with Enchantress Yoko and then Haruka, I have no idea.

Just FYI

According to the New York City (NYC) Building Code, exit doors from passageways must swing in the direction of exit travel. However, egress doors can swing in either direction for up to 74 occupants for most occupancy types

For Interior room, it's always OPEN IN (push in) this is so in case of emergency, fire fighters can smash inwards.

Alex, I'll take useless knowledge about doors for 1 CIP
