Has anyone been to Ruby Spa lately?

I haven’t seen any reviews for Ruby Spa recently. I tried to go today, but an older lady wearing a smock told me they were busy at the moment, and didn’t offer a return time. Is she the MMS? Do they not allow walk ins? Trying to find out before I make my second attempt.

I think that Ruby is a bit overpriced or at least encourages the staff to try for $$ tip or more right out the gate. They used to consistently have some major hotness on site which would allow you to justify the extra tip but post-lockdown 2023 to current they are the same or worse than the remaining open locations while still asking for top dollar. I stopped going as the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze. Once Anna and CiCi (I think) bounced and ended up at the shop next to the sandwich shop, I knew I was done too.

On the $$ note: Have all the massage places collectively decided to start charging $70 house fee for the hour? Last two places I inquired about a massage(Ruby included) have told me it’s $70. It’s not that the $10 is cost prohibitive. I’m just wondering if they’ve unionized. lol.

Thanks Doc! I may still give it a go, as it’s conveniently on my way home. So I’ll post a review once I get in the door of the place.
Might you be able to elaborate on the location of Anna and Cici? I’m new to DE and haven’t really been in the scene yet. Any help you might give would be greatly appreciated.

The $$ didn’t include HF so overall you would be out 2.7 if they had their way.

They went to J&J therapy on foulk road but pretty sure they have moved on. Personally I think J&J would be better bang for buck if you prefer Korean providers vs Ruby. But if the end result is all that matters, Ruby's will get the job done.

Depending on the direction you are headed Best Asian could be an option, it isn’t far from Ruby. There are recent reviews to check out.
