The 1st thing you mentioned is not weird. She saw the coast wasn’t clear and she motioned you to wait. This is standard protocol in most places, especially if there’s a monger in the hallway. I always want my girl to check before I step out of the room.

What has been said is true although a number of times when I first got there and walked in I have seen other mongers leaving the ts heading to the room. I dont really mind being seen but Im sure others dont want to, but I guess when its busy there there is no control

SDS is well run, but there is only one table shower room. I don't know how many rooms they have but they normally have 6 girls. That can be a lot of of air traffic control.
