Used to be in the rotation. Last few times I’ve driven by it’s been very active outside so I haven’t stopped but haven’t heard anything negative.

Please elaborate what you saw as active. I have been there couple of times and it was the same, parking was available and usually with 2-3 cars parked. Occasional pedestrian traffic

I was going to check out ivy today -
Called and they said she’s on vaca.
So she’s gone already- usually happens to the good ones at 9vip these days.

Always lots of foot traffic in that area as the municipal court is right around the corner. Usually people parking or leaving, or people sitting in cars waiting.
