Go through goodrx, lemonaid, or callondoc, the "consult" is done via text messages or the app and they send it to your neighborhood pharmacy, just fill out a health survey saying you don't have heart problems, have been stressed recently, etc. Consult will run $20-25 on lemonaid/goodrx $40 on callondoc. goodrx/callondoc will give 3 month script, lemonaid is the high value one and will give 12 month scripts.

You build up a tolerance for the side effects, usually you want to start at like 40/50mg and see if it works for you after an hour and move up if it doesn't (don't go over 100mg though). I think bluechew is compounded e.g. mixed with other things. might want to just stick with straight sildenafil.
