How do you decided between going for half or the full hour? I tend to go for the half hour when it comes to FS and for fetish/bdsm I stick to the full hour if it's at a dungeon. Probably going to see a provider I'm curious about later today and I keep debating on if I want to make the rare move of going for the full hour since I tend not to. Though part of me is hesitant since I've never interacted with her before but the reviews have me curious to spend more time with her then half.

It really depends what you're looking for and what your budget it. I (almost) always do a full hour, because I like buildup and I like cuddling, so I don't really have a decision on that front. I sometimes extend to two. For fetish stuff, I usually treat 90 minutes as the minimum. Tying good knots takes time.
Until a couple of weeks ago, I had never done a half-hour. Always at least an hour, often much more.
But I had just a short time before having to head to LGA so, last minute, booked a half with Helen. The time is short but perfect for some agendas. Review to follow but I now see a clear role for the half-hour session.
