I have dated a lot in the last 8 years. If I get a chance to see a woman's skin in several places (Face, neck, arms, legs, shoulders) I can tell if she eats healthy. I'm white, Ive spent so much time in the outdoors in the bright Western sky, especially at elevation (a Mountain State). While the skin that has been exposed looks a bit weathered, my non-exposed skin looks younger than an Asian women who doesn't eat well. I've seen the granny legs, and granny arms, and hands.

There is a 57 year old Filipina at work, who looks in her late 40's in "white years". She eats well and exercises.

She has declined substantially but she has always had a slow metabolism. The inability to workout also harms her against weight management. She really doesn’t do much skin care. However she is peak GILF, I could reenact the conquest of Macau with her everyday
