With so many other choices fairly close, I have no idea why anyone would go here. I went a few times because it's convenient and Anna has a good rack, but too much of a butterface for me to return. I had Yoyo the first month she was there and she's never gotten better since from what I see in the reviews. I'm surprised they haven't booted her.

The place was described in another thread as a tier system, with some customers paying double for less action that others who pay half for more action. This inconsistency alone should be the reason that the placed goes out of business, but somehow Anna knows how to work customers with insane upsell and haggling. How this gets her off is beyond me, since if she treated everyone the same, she would get more repeat customers (and profits). A suggestion was made to pay for a 4H massage, because that somehow is the key to paradise - yeah, no - throwing more money at something that seems diminishing returns doesn't result in better returns. Anna should really teach a course at Harvard Business School on how to mind eff customers.
