Just wanted to simply pass along what a friend is facing and what hospital stated that’s it. And it becomes a war of either people are looking for attention or lying makes no sense but I guess we are all doctors here. Sorry to bother or upset anyone with the post.

The reason you can’t catch gonorrhea from a toilet seat is because the organism doesn’t stay viable outside it’s host (ie- it dies) which is the same reason this scenario would not transmit gonorrhea. Direct mucosal contact needs to occur. A tongue inside the ass or a squirting dick must have transmitted gonorrhea. Your “friend” isn’t telling you the full story.
Condoms, when used properly, are nearly 100% effective against these particular pathogens. The reason the stats show less than 100% is mostly due to slippage, breakage, late usage (start raw and then put on) or bbbj, but condom for FS. This leads me to believe your friend isn’t telling you everything.
