I’ve been doing this for over four decades. There is a curious contrast in me and I wonder if other hobbyists have the same idea thing.
I think nothing of dropping $$$-$$$$ or sometimes more with a provider, but will put off a non-hobby purchase or expense of the same amount wanting to “save money”. ‍♂️ Is that a sign of an addiction? Probably

Hysterical because I’m the same. Will go to the gas station that is 2 cents cheaper on my way to drop 3 bills mongering.

It's bad when you have multiple expensive hobbies.. like say motorsports.. but what isn't expensive anymore.. going to the beach this state charges for the road and the beach. It's Jersey

as long as you don't go into debt. Like not paying bills on time and go to the spa.. keeping your priorities in order..

I desperately need a new suit and to get it tailored, but keep putting it off cause of the price. Probably have spent what it would cost on a few sessions.
I’m at Men’s Wharehouse 2-3 times a year for my job. You’re not getting an Armani but you can pull a nice suit for $300-$400. Next time head right there instead of the amp.
